Nordea Bank Abp, the leading Nordic financial services group, has outlined its financial reporting schedule for the upcoming year, providing investors and stakeholders with a clear timeline of key financial milestones.

The bank will begin releasing quarterly updates in early 2027, with the first set of results due on April 22 for the first quarter of 2027. Subsequent reports will follow in July (covering the second quarter and half-year results) and October (for the third quarter and January-September results). The full-year and fourth-quarter results for 2026 will be published on January 28, 2027.

Nordea's Annual Report for 2026 is scheduled to be released by the eighth week of 2027, with the Capital and Risk Management Report for the same period to be released by the tenth week. These reports will offer comprehensive insights into the bank's financial health and risk management strategies.

The bank's annual general meeting (AGM) is set for March 24, 2027, where shareholders will have the opportunity to discuss and vote on important matters related to the bank's operations and strategy.

In line with its dividend policy, Nordea plans to distribute dividends twice in 2027. The earliest record dates for these payouts are set for March 30 and July 19.

Nordea adheres to a strict silent period, which begins five banking days after the end of each quarter and lasts until the relevant financial report is released. This period is intended to prevent any leak of sensitive information to the public.
