ZonPrep Acquires Wizard-Industries and FNSKU Studio to Strengthen Supply Chain Capabilities

In a strategic move to strengthen its position in the Amazon-focused supply chain sector, ZonPrep, a leading FBA prep partner, has acquired both Wizard-Industries and FNSKU Studio, the software platforms it has long relied on for managing inbound logistics. The acquisition marks a significant step for ZonPrep, enabling it to integrate and enhance the technologies that power its operations, while ensuring the continued smooth operation for existing users.

The acquisition comes as ZonPrep expands its operations, with a second warehouse in McDonough, Georgia, increasing its total floor space to 600,000 square feet. This expansion, coupled with the software acquisition, positions ZonPrep to handle an increased volume of 1 million units per day, making it well-equipped to manage complex inbound logistics projects.

Wizard-Industries, founded in 2015, has been at the forefront of developing software for Amazon inbound logistics, focusing on shipment creation, FNSKU labeling, pack validation, and multi-warehouse routing across the FBA and AWD networks. FNSKU Studio, on the other hand, brings Amazon FBA prep, FNSKU labeling, and warehouse operations into a unified browser-based platform, supporting brands, 3PLs, and refurbishers.

This move by ZonPrep ensures that current users can continue to benefit from the tools they rely on, while ZonPrep can leverage the acquired technology to enhance its services.
